50 days. AAS Winner.  Medium-high, strongly branched plants with tender, favorful green pods.

Candy
85 days. Midday Onion.  Unique sweet with a mild flavor, provides early maturity, produces jumbo bulbs.  If cured properly,
will keep until February.

Copra
104 days. Extremely long storage.  Early maturity, medium sized.  Dark yellow skin, blocky round shape with thin necks.  
Dry quickly.

Gold Coin Cipollini
80 days.  Very flat yellow, pungent and sweet.  Stores well.  Delicious when cooked.

Nabechan (Bunching)
65 days. Sweeter, more complex flavor when cooked.  Upright Japanese variety with high quality.  Does not bulb.

Ruby Ring
111 days. Excellent red storage.  Singe centered, hard bulbs with dark red skin.

Shallot Ambition
90 days. French delicacy.  Reddish brown onions with special flavor.  Very long storage life.

Sierra Blanca
100 days. AAS Winner.  Day length neutral white onion.  Produces 1 lb onions with good storage life.  

Vidalia
80 days.  Very sweet with light yellow flesh and oblate in shape.

Yellow Sweet Spanish
110 days. Very large, globe-shaped, mild, fine-grained and sweet. Excellent raw or cooked. Light yellow skin; pure white,
firm, crisp flesh. Mature onions uniform, 4-6" diameter.

Red Sweet Spanish
A medium large, white semi-globe onion, flat on top. Unexcelled for pulling green. Has extreme mildness and mellow onion
flavor. A good yielder.

Texas 1015
Predominantly single-centered, making them ideal for large, uniform-size onion rings. They also grow to softball-size
proportions, often weighing in at one pound or more each and measuring over four inches in diameter. The optimum-size
eating onion - in terms of mildness and sweetness - measures three to four inches in diameter and weighs 14 to 16 ounces.

Walla Walla
Long day. An extremely mild, very large flattened bulb, yellow onion that will please any onion lover. Excellent raw or cooked.
However, it is not a storage onion.

White Bermuda
95 days.  Flat-topped, sweet onions which have white skin. Produce a "spring onion" in 30 days; a fully-mature onion in 95
days.

White Sweet Spanish
White skinned, medium-large, mild-flavored bulb. Round and firm. Good keeper.

Yellow Sweet Spanish
Extra large, light-brown skinned bulbs. White flesh. Mild flavor. Best keeping quality.
